The office is a merge of two offices operating with joint resources and collaboration:

The one - MIRON, BENSION, PRYWES

The second - J. Melcer

MIRON, BENSION & PRYWES -

The office was established in the 50's. The office mainly deals with the following fields: commerce and economy with emphasis on different large construction projects including town plans, construction agreements and real estate transactions.  The office deals with civil, economic and commercial litigation. The office accompanies corporations (companies, cooperations, associations, non-profit organizations). The office also dealt with complicated arbitration cases, large commercial lawsuits and also in the legal proceedings of Israel's unilateral disengagement plan and more.

J. Melcer -

The office was established in the 1978 by the attorney Chanan Melcer who was appointed in 27.8.2007 to a judge in the supreme court. The office activity fields are in constitutional and administrative law including matters of regulation, petitions to the High Court, bids (B.O.T bids included), Town Planning, municipality law, media law etc. The office deals with administrative litigation (petitions to the High Court, administrative matters courts, different appeal commission), commercial litigation (banking law, contracts, restrictive agreement, securities etc.) and also slander lawsuits and arbitrations.
