Areas of Practice

The Office is engaged in multiple projects in the area of real estate and handles widely diverse matters in the field: real estate transactions of all types (sale, combination, compensation, construction agreements, etc.). In addition, the Office is engaged in the initiation of projects, banking, planning and enhancement of real estate, real estate development and implementation of contracting projects. Furthermore, the Office handles complex projects in multiple-owner situations, handling of relations between lessees and the Israel Lands Administration, consultation to governmental and public actors in the field of planning and zoning, national master plans, regional and local.

Among the most prominent projects that the Office has handled, past and present, are: the “Opera Tower” project in Tel Aviv, the “Sea and Sun” project in Tel Aviv, different projects at the “Herzliya Marina” in Herzliya, the “Carmel Beach” project, the “Patio Tower” project in Ramat Gan, the “Park Gardens” project in Tel Aviv, “Green Ono Towers” in Kiryat Ono, the project on HaNeviim street in Jerusalem, and more.

Our office is involved in the process of planning and initiation of city building plans starting from the initiation phase through plan approval, followed by the construction and sale phase, including cooperation with planning consultants, planning committees, appeals committees, and administrative petitions.

The Office also handles financial claims relating to planning and zoning laws including appropriation compensation, compensation claims on the basis of lowering of property value in accordance with section 197 of the law, capital gains tax, balancing payments, and more.

In addition, the Office offers running consultation and provides expert legal opinion on all the subjects connected to planning and zoning, including plans, permits, fees, decrees, expropriations, etc. The Office also attends to committee meetings and legal proceedings before the appeals committee, administrative courts, etc..

The office is engaged in the area of civil/commercial litigation, and in recent years was involved in a number of litigation cases which are among the largest in financial scope in the market. Additionally, the office engages in administrative litigation, including petitions to the High Court of Justice and to administrative law courts.

Our office handles a wide range of matters in the area of civil law and provides a diversity of accompanying services, which includes legal counsel on the entirety of issues which arise within the full spectrum of business activities.

The office also provides service in the management of contracts and communication between contracting parties, formulation of business/commercial contracts, including investments transactions, loans and financing, as well as sale and rental transactions.

The office represents both foreign and Israeli clients in transactions in Israel and abroad.

The office is also heavily involved in the area of administrative law, including the filling of petitions with the High Court of Justice and with administrative courts.
In the framework of administrative litigation, the office managed a number of financial claims against state authorities involving very significant amounts – claims that gained victory.

The office represents clients before quasi-judicial administrative committees in various fields, engages government authorities and regulators in order to advance plans and ideas, and appears before members of the Knesset and its consulting and legislating personnel for the purpose of promoting amendments to specific laws.
The office also provides legal counsel to a number of communities and association partnerships, and provides them with running consultation.

Additionally, the office represents different authorities and public entities.

Our office additionally offers legal representation and consultation in the implementation of agreements and wills, management of inheritance and estates, and representation in legal proceedings that are bound in the process of probate and inheritance.

Amongst the ensemble of services provided by our office, the Office additionally specializes in the filing of claims with the Eligibility Committees and the Special Committee created by the Disengagement Plan Implementation Law.

Our office handles up to more than 400 claims based on the Disengagement Plan Implementation Law, and has succeeded in obtaining significant financial compensation for Gaza evacuees.
